The great atmosphere and holiday stay starts when entering the front door. It has a internal connecting door which opens up to a good sized and well decorated open plan front room and dining area. There is an ample sitting area with a settee and large round comfy chair. There is a functioning log burning stove, a flat screen TV with satellite free view plus free WiFi is included. At the back of the room there is also a dining table and chairs to enjoy your food whilst listening to the logs crackling on the fire. It is decorated tastefully with a old Welsh dresser, period lights and even has a working Welsh spinning wheel.

In the kitchen you get all the mod cons which include a large upright Fridge Freezer, Microwave oven, Kettle, Toaster, Washing machine and Aga electric 4 ring cooker and fan oven. There is also a small breakfast bar and stools and a marble topped center island for food preparations. All the dinnerware is top quality Portmeirion pottery and there are ample pans and cooking utensils provided which combined with the generous work top space will allow you to do as much or as little cooking as you want.

There are a further 2 floors upstairs with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a nice sized combined bathroom and toilet with a powerful hot shower over the bath. The main bedroom at the rear of the house, which has lovely views out to the Llyn Peninsular, has a full size double bed and plenty of storage including a dressing table and mirror, a set of draws and a full double wardrobe. There are 2 bedside tables with reading lamps.

Bedroom number 2 has a full-size double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and there are draws and a small wardrobe to hang clothes.

Bedroom number 3 is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms and is upstairs in the Crog loft. It is compact with a low ceiling and it has a low double bed and out of everyone that stays in the house this is the most favoured as it is full of character. There is also a large set of draws, 1 bedside table and reading light.

All the rooms in the house have full central heating via radiators run by a modern condensing combi boiler with timer.

Outside the house – Rear.

The back door in the kitchen opens up to a small slate and stone back garden area which has 3 steps upto a 4 seater round wooden table with attached benches so you can choose to eat or relax outside whilst looking out to the inspiring valleys and mountains that surround the house.

Outside the house – Front .

Outside the front of the house is a small stone filled year with a few steps to gain to the front door.  Within 50 mtr of the front door, alongside our neighbours house is a large parking area for a large number of cars.
