Just 30 seconds from the houses front door is an entrance to the Snowdonia National Park where you can amble away at your hearts contents in beautiful Welsh hillside scenery on quiet and rugged walks. There are mountains to walk up and as much countryside as you want to enjoy and you don’t need to go miles to enjoy them.

Driving.

Being conveniently situated between Caernarfon and Porthmadog there are ample things to do starting less than 6 miles away in the Castle town of Caernarfon.  Caernarfon has a plethora of eating places from simple cafe’s up to top notch restaurants.  There is plenty of parking and plenty of shops to visit.

There is the local Caernarfon Airport which has a cafe run by the North wales Air ambulance Charity where you have a full view out directly on the airports runway where on good days you will see Microlights and Airplanes flying around as well as the possibility of the Air Sea rescue Helicopter and Air Ambulance racing off to help those in need.
